Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want your booking to be simple and fair. This policy explains our payment, cancellation and refund terms. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Confirming your booking

Once we have confirmed that your dates are available, the full amount for your stay is payable up front by electronic funds transfer (EFT). Your dates are held for you once the payment reflects in our account. We do not accept card payments through this website. Please use the reference given in your confirmation email so we can match your payment.

2. Free cancellation window

You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your check in time. If you cancel within this window, your payment is refunded in full.

3. Late cancellation and no shows

If you cancel less than 24 hours before check in, or do not arrive, 75% of the total is retained and the remaining 25% is refunded. This covers the dates we held for you and turned away other guests to keep.

4. Changing your dates

If your plans change, contact us as early as possible. We will always try to move your booking to new dates, subject to availability. Moving dates is easier and cheaper for everyone than cancelling.

5. Early departure

If you choose to leave earlier than booked, we are not able to refund the unused nights, as the dates were reserved for you.

6. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid by electronic transfer to the account the payment came from, normally within 7 business days of the cancellation being confirmed.

7. Circumstances beyond control

If a booking cannot go ahead due to events beyond reasonable control, we will discuss the fairest option with you, which may include moving your dates or a credit toward a future stay.
